  • Booking

    The booking of tours is done via the contact form on the website or by phone or mail. Likewise, the booking of a tour can also be made via the platform Airbnb Inc.

    The Company reserves the absolute right to refuse a booking at its discretion for any reason and at any time.

    Terms of payment

    Unless otherwise agreed, the tour is to be paid in advance via bank transfer. However, cash or card payment is also possible on the day of the tour on site.

    Cancellation conditions

    Tours are conducted with a minimum number of two registered participants*. If this minimum requirement is not reached, the tour can be canceled by the company. The participants will of course be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. On the part of the customer, tours can be canceled free of charge with a lead time of 24 hours. For cancellations at shorter notice, the full amount is to be paid. In the case of a private tour, the booking can be canceled free of charge up to two days in advance.

    Guests are asked to stay with the group throughout the tour and follow the guide's instructions. If the guest leaves the group or interrupts the tour, there is no right to a refund.

    Selinas City Tours reserves the right to exclude one or more guests from a tour, should they hinder the execution of the tour, endanger the safety of the group or behave inappropriately. In this case, the guest is also not entitled to a refund.

    Complaints and comments must be submitted and processed during or immediately after the tour in the presence of the guide. Complaints submitted later (e.g.: on the following day) cannot be accepted and do not constitute a claim for refund.

    Modification/adjustment of tours

    Selinas City Tours reserves the right, if necessary, to change or modify tours without prior notice, including changes or modifications to venues and itineraries. In the event of a change, we will endeavor to provide comparable venues and levels of quality, but will not accept liability for any changes. In case of spontaneous changes (e.g.: venue needs to be changed on short notice before the tour), guests will be informed in advance.

    Liability

    Participation in guided tours is without exception at your own risk. The liability of the guide in the exercise of her professional activity is limited to damage caused to others in an unlawful and culpable manner. However, the guide is not liable for damages caused to the guest by her own careless or careless behavior or by accident. Furthermore, Selinas City Tours assumes no liability for personal belongings and valuables of the guests.

    Film and sound recordings

    For copyright reasons, film and sound recordings must be agreed with the guide before the event.

    Prevention

    In the event of a short-term prevention, the guide undertakes to arrange a professionally equivalent replacement. However, if this cannot be granted, an alternative date will be found or the tour costs will be refunded to the customers. The guests will be informed about this circumstance as soon as possible.

    Rules in case of delay of the guests

    The guide undertakes to wait for late guests on open tours until ten minutes after the agreed start of the tour, before starting the tour with guests already present. For private tours, the waiting time in case of late guests is 15 minutes. After this time, the right to the booked tour expires and the agreed amount must be paid in full. Guests are asked to contact me in case of unforeseen complications in order to find a common solution.

    The protection of our guests' personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process the data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

    Contact me

    If contact is made with us by form on the website or by e-mail, the data provided will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without the consent of the customer.

    Data storage

    It is pointed out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchase process and for subsequent contract processing, the IP data of the connection owner are stored by the booking system operator as part of cookies, as well as the name, address and credit card number [...] of the buyer. The data provided by the customer is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with the customer. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing banking institutions / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, as well as to the tax advisor for the fulfillment of tax obligations.

    After cancellation of the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years). The data name, address, purchased product and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.

    Cookies
