We'll never be royals - Guided tour of the Hofburg - the imperial home of the Habsburgs
Join me on a time travel through the 700 years old history of the main residence of the Habsburgs - the Hofburg.
How has the area developed over this time? What usage did the individual tracts have? Which ones do they have today? We will explore all these questions during this 1 1/2 hour tour.
Fixed points of the tour are the Albertina, the Augustinian Church with the Josefsplatz, the Swiss Wing and the inner Burghof, the Heldenplatz with the Leopoldine Wing and also the impressive Michaeler Tor.
Please note that we will explore the many sights and museums only from the outside.
